This card was made for our good friend's daughter Chelsea who turned 13 on the weekend. I cut the 1 and 3 on my gypsy/cricut. Then I used the Sizzix Floating Frame Die (Susan leant it to me) in my CuttleBug to cut this fantastic looking Floating Frame in the centre of the card. I liked it so much I bought one for myself. The Happy Birthday and scalloped edges were cut on gypsy/cricut as well. Chelsea loved it.
