The theme in Term 4 for Melissa's class is 'At the Beach' and I was racking my brain through Term 3 trying to work out what I could make the classroom for this theme which was 3D and made from paper. The castle that you have already seen in white and in puple colours suddenly gave me the idea to do a paper 'sandcastle'. So using my gypsy/cricut and some sandy looking card I came up with this.
I hot glued shells to the castle and mounted the castle onto one of my timber bases and then put more shells around the base to really emphisize that it is a "Sand Castle" and I am really pleased with the outcome.
It is now sitting in the classroom for the kids to enjoy.
